A little about me…
I am a wife, special Mom, writer, speaker, blogger, parent coach and french fry lover. My family consists of my husband Michael, my son Jonah, and my daughter Olivia. Olivia is a person with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. We live in Poland, Ohio with our Yorkie, Max.
Having 15+ years’ experience in Early Intervention, I write a monthly column for the Mahoning Valley Parent Magazine and Mid-Ohio Valley Parent Magazine entitled, “Special Parents, Special Kids.” I have also had two stories published in “Women of Passions: Ordinary Women Serving an Extraordinary God,” compiled by Janet Ross, and “A Patchwork of Freedom” compiled by Lori Wagner.
I have a passion for letting special parents know they are not alone on their journey, and they were chosen by God to parent their child. I speak to all kinds of groups including: parents, caregivers, social workers, nurses, teachers and more.
